Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria meeting this study are as follows: 1. Patients who have received a histological or cytological diagnosis of cancer. 2. Cancer patients (stage III–IV), aged over 18 years. 3. Known conditions. 4. Can communicate normally, and can understand the amend Seated-Baduanjin movement. 5. Able to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese. 6. Willing and able to give written informed consent for study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presently taking medications for the treatment of fatigue, sleep disturbance or depression, such as antide pressant medications, psychostimulants or hypnotics. 2.Extremely weak (unable to do physical activities due to advanced stages of chronic illnesses) or have cognitive impairment and/or severe mental illness. 3. Serious exercise contraindications, such as cardiovascular or articular problems. 4. Diseases that impact cognition (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other psychological diagnoses). 5. Language disorders or communication disorders. 6.Having received qigong exercise or other planned exercises 7. Disorders that might preclude exercise participation (e.g., fracture, arthritis).
