Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for MCI: MCI was diagnosed according to Peterson criteria: (1) memory loss as reported by chief complaint or insider; (2) When the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) reached the age-adjusted standard, 1 point was added if the education level was <=12 years, and the total score <26 was defined as cognitive impairment; (3) Activity of daily living scale <=23; (4) no clinical diagnosis of dementia. 2. Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI; (2) Good communication skills and understanding ability; (3) Patients voluntarily participated in this study with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other diseases other than suspected early AD that can lead to cognitive decline, such as nervous system diseases, metabolic diseases, poisoning, infection, etc.; (2) Abnormal brain structure, such as intellectual development disorder, brain infection and cerebral infarction; (3) A history of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.; (4) Suffering from serious physical diseases and malignant tumors.
