Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part one 1. The patient was 3-6 years old and diagnosed as malignant tumor according to clinicopathological reports; 2. Wechsler Infant Intelligence Scale score < 90 3. The caregiver is the patient's father or mother; 4. Have good language expression and communication skills; 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation; 6. Have some interest in cognitive training to improve the cognitive function of children, and are willing to cooperate with the researchers;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part one 1. care for people with mental disorders or mental illness; 2. Unable to cooperate with the interview and refused to participate in the study due to various reasons Part two 1. The disease was more serious, and the postoperative survival time was < 6 months; 2. Suffering from heart failure, cerebral hemorrhage and other serious diseases and can not cooperate; 3. Currently receiving other cognitive training therapy; 4. A history of other medical conditions that affect cognitive function, such as traumatic brain injury or a history of mental illness; 5. Inability or unwillingness to undergo the study procedure or treatment, or the child may not be eligible for the study procedure.
