Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed diagnosis of HZ and herpetic neuralgia; 2.Age>=18 years old; 3.Signed informed consent, agreeing to participate in this study and undergo follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have developed PHN;2. Patients with rheumatic immune system disorders and those currently taking immunosuppressants; 3.Patients with tachyatrial and ventricular arrhythmias, and patients with obvious abnormalities in HRV measurement due to pacemaker installation;4. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disorders and communication disorders
