Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose clinical diagnosis meets the criteria for minimally invasive surgical resection of gastric and gastrointestinal cancer; 2. NRS2002 score >= 3 points, age >= 18 years, BMI = 30g/L; 4.Strictly abide by the principles of informed consent, respect and benefit, obtain consent from patients and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with liver malignancies, blood system diseases and other major physical diseases; 2.Patients with hemorrhage, perforation, obstruction; 3. Patients with preoperative neoadjuvant therapy, chemoradiotherapy, and conversion therapy combined with liver metastasis; 4.Acute myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction within 3 months; 5.immune system diseases; 6. are using hormone drugs or immunosuppressant drugs; 7.Acute inflammation; Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, including those with impaired renal function (>=50% increase in serum creatinine from baseline within 7 days; Or serum creatinine >=133µmol/L; Or CKD3 stage or above, i.e. glomerular filtration rate = 5 ULN or ALP >= 2 ULN and TBIL < 2 ULN); 8. Incomplete clinical data; 9. Patients who need unconventional nutritional support due to illness or other reasons; 10.Patients who received protein infusion before surgery; 11.Preoperative albumin index < 30g/L.
