Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) Aged over 60 years Suffering from kinesiophobia Good communication ability Voluntary participation with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other severe cardiovascular or systemic diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, stroke, malignancies, end-stage renal disease, etc. Cognitive impairment and/or severe mental disorders Participation in psychological or physical activity interventions within the past 6 months Previous joint replacement surgery or activity limitations
