Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer within 8 weeks; 2.ECOG score is less than or equal to 2 points; 3.(0, no symptoms; 1, symptomatic but fully ambulate; 2. Time in bed with symptoms < 50%); 4.Patients can read Chinese and answer questions in Chinese;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient had received one or more palliative care consultations at any time, or had received one palliative care consultation in the 6 months prior to diagnosis or disease progression. 2.Oncologists and psychologists judge patients for cognitive impairment. 3.Patients were unwilling or unable to comply with the study protocol requirements.
