Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) a diagnosis of aMCI, no history of medications for memory improvement; (2) age ranging from 50 to 80 years old, no gender limits, right-handed; (3) complaints about memory decline, impaired long-delayed recall [1 standard deviation below age-adjusted norms for Auditory Verbal Learning Test Fifth Trial (AVLT_N5) score]; (4) education >= 6 years; (5) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) no coatings; (2) Cancer, severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, circulatory, or infectious dysfunction; (3) History of neurological disease which could cause dementia, such as cerebrovascular disease and Parkinson's disease; (4) History of anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and other mental illness; (5) Severe hearing or visual impairment, making it impossible to complete the full set of neuropsychological assessment scales; (6) Contraindications to MRI (e.g., pacemakers, heart stents, artificial heart valves, fixation plates after fracture surgery, etc.).
