Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: a Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score of =7; age =65 years; normal communication skills; and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: those with severe somatic disorders; those with severe organic mental disorders or undergoing psychosexual treatment; those who were participating in other studies; and patients who were unwilling to continue with the intervention and survey midway through the study.
