G group:According to the formula Cdyn=tidal volume/(plateau pressure PEEP), PEEP titration was performed in Group G after single lung ventilation lung recruitment, increasing from the 5H20 level every
R group:Group R did not perform PEEP titration for lung recruitment during single lung ventilation, and maintained this PEEP until the end of single lung ventilation

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range of 65-80 years old, gender not limited; 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classifies patients as Grade I, II, or III; 3. Preoperative Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score>23 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combining severe liver and kidney dysfunction diseases; 2. Severe anemia patients (hemoglobin500ml; 7. Surgical conversion to open chest surgery; 8. Previous thoracic surgery; 9. Preoperative complications include atelectasis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, or pneumonia; 10 Postoperative loss to follow-up
