Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years old; 2.Expected ICU stay of = 3 days; 3.Shock occurs within 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. The life expectancy of critically ill patients is less than 24 hours; 3. Late stage tumor; 4. Difficulty in obtaining ultrasound images;
