Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative gastroscopic biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of gastric malignancy, and preoperative CT examination ruled out distant metastasis of the tumor 2. Age: 60-75 years old; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: II.~III.; BMI is 18.0-28.0kg/m^2 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastric malignant tumors and distant metastasis; 2. Individuals with skin allergies, damages, or infections at the operating site; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases; 4. Patients with unstable vital signs and unclear consciousness; 5. Individuals with mental disorders and language communication barriers; 6. Neuromuscular related diseases; Pathological fatigue (such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury).
