Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range from 18 to 65 years old; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (Asa) grade I-II Grade I: physical health, good development and nutrition, normal function of the organs. Grade II: except for surgical diseases, there are mild coexisting diseases, functional compensation is sound. 3.Sign the informed consent form and be willing to cooperate with the visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to microneedle materials or lidocaine. 2.People with skin diseases in the active or advanced stage of local skin in the test area; 3.People with malignant tumors or skin tumors of unknown nature in the trial area; 4.People with known pre-existing blood disorders, such as coagulation dysfunction, or other systemic diseases that cannot tolerate microneedle therapy; 5.Those who are receiving chemotherapy/radiotherapy; 6.Cicatricial constitution; 7.Patients with mental illness; 8.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers;
