Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hydrocephalus patients under 18 years of age who underwent standard ETV or VP shunt surgery and were able to complete MRI multi-omics scanning and neurological function assessments via telephone follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included surgical contraindications, preterm birth, and multiloculated hydrocephalus caused by infection or intraventricular hemorrhage.
