Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years; 2.Scheduled to undergo surgery under general anesthesia, with fospropofol disodium for induction; 3.Ability to understand the study procedures and methods, and written informed consent provided by legal guardians or patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to fospropofol disodium; 2.Central nervous system disease, coma, brain surgery, or inability to undergo BIS monitoring;
