Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: = 18 years old. (2) Gender: Unrestricted. (3) Location of lesions: tongue, cheek mucosa, upper and lower gums, floor of mouth, hard palate mucosa. (4) Primary patients with squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by preoperative pathological biopsy, with preoperative clinical staging of cT1-4N0-3M0 (AJCC 8th edition). (5) General condition: Through routine examinations such as the three major tests, blood biochemistry tests, electrocardiograms, etc., surgical contraindications are ruled out, and distant metastases are excluded through chest X-rays and/or abdominal B-ultrasound and/or enhanced CT and/or MRI and/or PET/CT examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complete clinical and baseline data related to comorbidities cannot be obtained. (2) Patients who have undergone surgery or radiation therapy for the purpose of radical cure before admission to our hospital. (3) Pregnant or lactating women. (4) Individuals with mental, intellectual disabilities, and cognitive difficulties.
