Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I~III 2: Age=18 years, no limitation to gender 3: Unilateral total knee arthroplasty was planned under GA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patient refusal 2: Body mass index (BMI) > 30 3: The preoperative Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was higher than 7 4: There are contraindications to GA or nerve block, such as coagulopathy, local and systemic infections, etc. 5: History of SGB treatment 6: History of substance abuse 7: History of chronic use of opioids 8: History of psychiatric or neurological disorders 9: Severe liver and kidney dysfunction:serum creatinine >442 µmol/L/requiring renal replacement therapy or liver (Child-Pugh grade C) insufficiency 10: Long-term use of medications that affect blood pressure and heart rate 11: Metabolic disorders associated with increased/decreased cortisol 12: Severe cognitive impairment or language problems
