Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Failure of root canal treatment or apical surgery, difficulty of surgical access after root damage, or teeth that cannot be restored intra-orally; 2. Medical injury or microsurgery contraindications, such as poor root canals, severe overfilling of root canals, and proximity of the surgical area to important anatomical structures; 3. The patient has a suitable third molar in the mouth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. heart disease; 2. poor oral hygiene and severe loss of alveolar bone; 3. excessive nervousness and inability to cooperate with the surgery; 4. the patient's third molar in the mouth is extremely difficult to extract completely.
