18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with urethrorectal fistula complicated with urethral stricture, rectal laceration and urethral stricture with rectal weakness were diagnosed before operation. 2. patients can complete the relevant questionnaire under the guidance of medical staff; 3.the same surgeon (Chief physician Song Lujie); 4. male patients with urethral fistula without open urethral operation history, end-to-end urethral anastomosis and bulbocavernous interposition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had a history of open urethral repair surgery and were unable to complete the follow-up independently
