Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients participating in this study must meet the following criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995; (2) Confirmed to have suffered a stroke through imaging examinations (head CT or MRI); (3) No cognitive impairment; (4) Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) assessment of upper limb spasticity > Grade 1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Multiple brain injuries confirmed by head CT or MRI; (2) Oral intake of antispasticity medication within the six months before the enrollment; (3) Symptoms of joint spasticity; (4) Cardiac or intracranial pacemaker implantation; (5) Intracranial metal implantation; (6) Pregnancy; (7) History of aneurysm; (8) History of epilepsy.
