Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who meet the diagnostic efficacy Criteria for Diagnostic Efficacy in Chinese Medicine issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2017 and the FS diagnostic criteria in Periarthritis of the Shoulder (ZYYXH/T378-2012) of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and whose conditions are independently evaluated by the two chief Chinese medicine practitioners, and who are considered suitable for the "two-position split-adhesion method" operation; 2.Patients with disease duration between 3 months and 1 year; 3.Age 40-65 years old; 4.Score =3/10; 5.Score =45/100; 6.Voluntarily participated in this clinical study, received follow-up, and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with major underlying diseases, psychiatric disorders, history of tumors within 5 years, or expected survival <3 months; 2.Acute soft tissue injury of the shoulder, infectious inflammation, fracture, dislocation, cervical spondylosis, rheumatoid arthritis, localized skin ulceration or allergy, etc.; 3. Pregnant and breastfeeding patients; 4.Patients with previous history of severe osteoporosis and other medical conditions that are not suitable for the implementation of the manipulation; 5. Patients with any comorbidities of acute or chronic illnesses or mental disorders or abnormal laboratory tests, these co-morbidities may increase the risk of participation in the study or the use of study medication, or have an impact on the results of the study, and in the judgment of the investigator, the patient is considered unsuitable for enrollment in the study. 6.Those who are allergic to anesthetics, have abnormal skin sensation and have broken skin.
