30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) CHD diagnosis based on usual angina symptoms and verified by coronary angiography (>50% stenosis in at least 1 major epicardial artery); (2) age over 30 years; and (3) willingness to give a peripheral blood sample for research analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age 80 years old; (2) Patients with serious infections or serious comorbidities of non-cardiovascular system (lung, liver, kidney, etc.); (3) In addition to atherosclerosis, patients with other cardiovascular diseases (cerebral infarction, myocarditis, vasculitis, etc.). Patients with severe liver or renal illness, any sort of malignancy, or severe autoimmune disease (eg, systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory bowel disease, or Graves disease) and those who were pregnant or breastfeeding were excluded.
