45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 45-80 years(>=45-year-olds are at constant risk of developing early-onset colorectal cancer and advanced tumors.The United States and other countries are also using age 45 as the starting year for colorectal cancer screening. ) Patients undergoing colonoscopy for screening, surveillance, or gastrointestinal symptom diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a personal history of colorectal cancer (CRC) or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Patients with Lynch syndrome or familial adenomatous polyposis. Patients with inadequate bowel preparation (Boston Bowel Preparation Scale score <2 in any colonic segment). Patients who have previously undergone colon resection. Patients on antithrombotic therapy who cannot undergo polypectomy. Patients who are unable or unwilling to provide written informed consent.
