Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with pneumoconiosis according to China's "Diagnosis of Occupational Pneumoconiosis" (GBZ70-2015) need to undergo bronchoalveolar lactation. Patients aged 18-65 years old without deaf-matism or intellectual disability, who are aware of the significance of this study and have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with immunodeficiency disease, autoimmune disease, active pulmonary tuberculosis, broncho-lung infection and bronchial asthma attack within the last two weeks, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and other diseases. Patients who have taken drugs that affect immune function within 1 month before the test, and have contraindications to bronchoalveolar lavage.
