Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets diagnostic criteria for UC and confirms the diagnosis by colonoscopy and histopathological examination; 2.18 years old< age < 80 years old; 3.The clinical data were complete, and patients and their families were informed of the content of the study; 4.Have independent cognitive ability, normal spirit and consciousness; 5.The duration of the disease = 1 year;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.With malignancy, severe immune dysfunction, or hematologic disease; 2.There are severe organic diseases such as liver and kidney; 3.Patients with intestinal infectious diseases; 4.Patients with complications such as intestinal perforation, rectal polyps, intestinal obstruction, and toxic colon dilation; Patients with colon cancer, rectal cancer and anal diseases;
