Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants must be diagnosed with a specific mental disorder by a clinical psychiatrist, such as depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar affective disorder, etc. 2) The diagnosis must meet the relevant criteria of international diagnostic standards for mental disorders (such as DSM-5) or international classification of diseases (such as ICD-10). 3) Age between 18 and 60 years old. 4) In good physical health, without severe physical illnesses or disabilities. 5) Currently receiving stable medication treatment and agree to maintain a stable dosage during the study period. 6) Have not received treatments that significantly impact mental health, such as electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) or transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). 7) Possess the cognitive ability to understand the content and purpose of the study and sign an informed consent form agreeing to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with severe physical health conditions and brain diseases that affect the effectiveness of mindfulness-based intervention treatments. 2) Individuals who are under 18 years old or over 60 years old. 3) Those who have received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) within the last 3 months prior to screening, or those who, in the judgment of the researcher, currently require ECT treatment. 4) Those who have undergone systematic psychotherapy (interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy) within the last 3 months prior to screening.
