Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.>=18,<22 2.No experience in mindfulness meditation practice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Currently receiving psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or other psychological interventions 2.There have been no organic lesions, no diagnosis of mental illness, and no use of any psychiatric medications (such as antidepressants, anxiolytics, antipsychotics, etc.) in the past 3 months. 3.No suicidal or self injurious thoughts or attempts 4.No major traumatic events
