18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-70 years old; 2. Right-handed patients; 3. Pain patients with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score greater than 3 points related to pain; 4. Voluntarily accepting the examination. Healthy participants: 1. Age range: 18-70 years old; 2. Voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form; 3. Right handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease, dementia, epilepsy or multiple sclerosis, brain tumors, severe ischemic demyelinating disease, history of trauma or surgery; 2. Suffering from severe mental illness; 3. Accompanied with a history of major systemic diseases, such as diabetes and poorly controlled hypertension; 4. MRI examination contraindications include severe depression, claustrophobia, mania, and metal implants (pacemakers, metal dentures, etc.), pregnancy, or known claustrophobia.
