21 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Couples aged 21-40 years old, the first IVF / ICSI cycle, normal / rare menstruation and infertility time more than 2 years of women, the woman anti-Mullerian hormone ( AMH ) = 1.2ng / ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Couples receiving egg donation ; 2.PGT-M or PGT-SR should be performed in women and / or men with chromosomal abnormalities or / and genetic diseases. 3.Uterine malformations ( uterine septum, unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus ), adenomyosis, submucosal fibroids, etc. ; 4. Women with a history of preeclampsia, diagnosed diabetes, chronic hypertension or chronic kidney disease, malignant tumor, long-term use of corticosteroids / immunosuppressive agents, history of tuberculosis or treatment history. High-risk groups of tuberculosis : HIV-infected patients and AIDS patients, diabetic patients, patients with rheumatic immune disease treated with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive agents, biological agents, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patients with malignant tumors, dialysis and solid organ or bone marrow transplant patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
