Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a, Age range from 25 to 75 years old; b, Meets the diagnostic criteria for indirect inguinal hernia in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Inguinal Hernia (2018 Edition)"; Hernia types III and IV;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a, Age75 years old b, Patients with concurrent urogenital diseases such as varicocele and hydrocele of the testicular sheath; c, Combined with a history of lower abdominal surgery; d, Poor compliance and inability to follow up regularly after surgery.
