Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Distal femur fracture patients aged 18 years and above, with no gender restrictions; (2) Individuals treated with either single or double plate surgical fixation; (3) Records that are comprehensive, enabling telephone follow-up; (4) Informed consent from subjects to participate in the follow-up process
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals under 18 years of age; (2) Patients with distal femour fractures not treated using plating fixation; (3) Those with a history of osteomyelitis; (4) Patients presenting with preoperative open injuries and accompanying infections; (5) Cases with insufficient medical records, rendering follow-up impossible; (6) Patients suffering from mental disorders, substance abuse, or alcohol dependence; (7) Subjects or their families lacking the mental capacity or comprehension to adhere to the follow-up requirements, thereby hindering cooperation.
