Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) In line with Western diagnostic criteria for cervical radiculopathy; (2) TCM syndrome differentiation for wind-cold arthralgia or qi stagnation and blood stasis; (3) Age =18 years old, gender is not limited; (4) Huoluo Xiaotong capsules or Jugtong granules were used in this prescription (but no other traditional Chinese medicine preparations for the treatment of cervical spondylosis were used); (5) Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cervical spondylosis patients with cervical type, spinal type, vertebral artery type and sympathetic nerve type as the main symptoms; (2) Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or have a pregnancy plan in the near future; (3) patients with severe heart disease or gastric ulcer; (4) Patients requiring combined surgical treatment; (5) Can not cooperate with the completion of information collection or the researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in the researcher.
