Propofol group (p group, n=30) :Anesthesia induction: Group P (propofol 1.5 mg/kg), Sufentanil 0.3 µg/kg, vecuronium 0.1 mg/kg.
Remazolam benzoate group (R group, n=30):Anesthesia induction: R (Remazolam 0.2 mg/kg), Sufentanil 0.3 µg/kg, vecuronium 0.1 mg/kg.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mediastinal lymph node biopsy with ultrasound bronchoscopy under general anesthesia laryngeal mask was performed in elderly patients, aged =70 years, regardless of gender, BMI 18-25 kg/m2, ASA grade I to III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; (2) There were coagulation disease and cardiopulmonary function intolerance before operation; ? Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment; ?BMI>30 kg/m²; (5) Serious organoplasmic degeneration of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; ? History of drug use or addictive drugs;
