Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective cohort: 1. 18 to 80 years old. 2. Underwent elective coronary artery bypass grafting with cardiopulmonary bypass. 3. Completed in-situ left internal mammary artery to the left anterior descending artery graft. 4. Completed a graft from the aorta to the posterior descending artery. 5. Postoperative completion of CCTA follow-up examination. Prospective cohort: 1. 18 to 80 years old. 2. Underwent elective coronary artery bypass grafting with cardiopulmonary bypass. 3. Completed in-situ left internal mammary artery to the left anterior descending artery graft. 4. Completed a graft from the aorta to the posterior descending artery. 5.There were no cardiovascular events after the surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Restrospective cohort: CCTA reveals occlusion beyond the anastomosis site of the left anterior descending artery or posterior descending artery graft. Coronary angiography was performed due to cardiac-related symptoms before CCTA follow-up. History of tumor. Non-cardiac-related death within one year after CCTA follow-up. Prospective cohort: CCTA revealed occlusion beyond the anastomosis site of the left anterior descending artery or posterior descending artery graft. Perform coronary intervention again from CABG surgery to CCTA follow up. History of tumor.
