Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers who are clinically diagnosed as healthy and do not interfere with breastfeeding: (1) Week of pregnancy: 37~41+6 weeks; (2) Age: 20~40 weeks; (3) Health of the mother: no contraindications to breastfeeding; (4) Strong desire to breastfeed; (5) Postnatal physical examination, pediatric recall of the birth hospital for diagnosis; (6) Skilled in the use of smart phones; (7) The subject or guardian signed an informed consent form; (8) Subjects committed to cooperate with the study throughout the study period, willing to complete the sample collection according to the sampling specifications, fill out the health and dietary questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with the following conditions will not be selected: (1) Those with severe nutritional or hereditary diseases, serious pregnancy complications and complications, and endocrine diseases that interfere with breastfeeding during pregnancy; (2) Not undergoing postnatal physical examination and pediatric care at our hospital after delivery; (3) Subjects with poor compliance and poor likelihood of follow-up.
