Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Any cardiac imaging examination revealed a maximum end-diastolic ventricular wall thickness of =15 mm for one or more left ventricular segments, or any resting cardiac imaging examination revealed end-diastolic septal thickness or posterior left ventricular wall thickness of =13mm;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Identify hypertrophic cardiomyopathy caused by a genetic mutation; 2.Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) with clear etiology; 3.Aortic or mitral valve lesions that cause hemodynamic changes;
