Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia (Chinese Adult Community acquired Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2016 Edition): Main standards: (1) Mechanical ventilation treatment requires tracheal intubation; (2) After active fluid resuscitation, septic shock still requires treatment with vasoactive drugs. Secondary criteria: (1) Respiratory rate >= 30 beats/min; (2) Oxygenation index = 7.14 mmol/L; (6) Systolic blood pressure= three secondary criteria mentioned above can be diagnosed with severe pneumonia, and require close observation, active treatment, and admission to comprehensive ICU treatment. 2. Patients with self-awareness; 3. Age >= 60 years old; 4. The patient and their family members are aware of this study and have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's hemodynamics are unstable; 2. Individuals without family care or social support; 3. Individuals with organic or non organic mental disorders.
