Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Premature infants with gestational age = 32 weeks born and admitted to the neonatology department at the Second Hospital of Jilin University (GA is based on the date of the mother's last menstrual period and ultrasound examination conducted in the first three months of pregnancy). (2) No serious congenital abnormalities or genetic syndromes. (3) Obtain the consent of the guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complex congenital heart disease; (2) Abnormalities in central nervous system, digestive tract and respiratory tract; (3) Invasive respiration support due to surgery or other reasons; (4) Other deformities, like diaphragmatic hernia, chromosomal abnormalities, etc; (5) Expected to live less than 28 days; (6) The guardian is unwilling to participate
