Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Compliance with the diagnostic criteria for non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behavior: Adolescents will be surveyed using the Adolescent Non-suicidal Self-injury Assessment Questionnaire (ANSAQ). Based on the form and frequency of self-harm behaviors, as well as referring to the criteria outlined in the DSM-5 and related research, adolescents with a total occurrence of NSSI behaviors =5 times will be classified as the "recurrent NSSI behavior group," those with 1 to 4 times as the "occasional NSSI behavior group," and those with 0 times as the "no NSSI behavior group." ? Compliance with the criteria for the healthy control group: I. Do not meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria or have a history of mental health disorders such as depression or schizophrenia; no history of psychiatric medication use. II. No history of suicidal behavior or NSSI behavior, with a suicide ideation scale score below 12 and an NSSI behavior questionnaire score below 5. ? Age range: 12 to 18 years old, with no gender restriction. ? All enrolled adolescents are right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Currently suffering from severe central nervous system diseases or physical illnesses, as assessed by a physician; ? Currently suffering from severe psychiatric disorders, as assessed by a physician; ? Among the adolescents in the study group, in addition to those currently taking psychotropic medications, those who are taking other medications that may affect the central nervous system, as assessed by a physician.
