Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants were required to diagnose with preoperative ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, and laboratory tests, no perimenopausal signs, and relevant clinical symptoms associated with the uterine fibroids.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included severe coagulation disorders, hepatic dysfunction, renal dysfunction, morbid obesity (BMI>40 kg/m^2) or daily medication for depression/anxiety, and allergy or hypersensitive to the selected anesthetic or sedative.
