18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-85 years; 2. Patients after Drug Coated Balloon treatment 3. Patients who agree to be enrolled in the trial providing signed written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Glomerular filtration rate 3 times the upper limit of normal); 3. Patients with hematological tumors or abnormalities of the blood routine examination (hemoglobin < 100 g/L, platelet count < 100 x 10^9/L, white blood cell count < 3.5 x 10^9/L); 4. Patients who have received colchicine for other indications or who have had an adverse reaction to colchicine; 5. Hemodynamic instability or heart failure with NYHA Class III-IV; 6. History of coronary artery bypass surgery; 7. Valvular heart disease considered likely to require intervention; 8. Patients with Gout.
