Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly individuals (aged 60 and above) with clinical diagnosis of AKI (clinical diagnosis in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for AKI in the American Kidney Disease Clinical Practice Guidelines), accompanied by comorbidities of two or more important organs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals under the age of 60, clinically diagnosed with CKD, severe edema, limb absence, poor cognitive function, inability to cooperate in completing relevant scale assessments, patients taking medications such as cimetidine and sulfonamide that affect blood creatinine levels, and patients with concomitant fractures and tumors.
