Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subacute stroke patients, defined as those who have had a stroke for 1 to 6 months. 2.First occurrence of stroke. 3.CT or MRI shows damage to supratentorial structures and cerebral hemispheres. 4.Age>=18 years and<=80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Trunk impairment scale (TIS) is at full score. 2.Presence of severe comorbidities, such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, unstable arrhythmias, severe liver and kidney disease, severe pneumonia, or deep vein thrombosis. 3.Presence of other neurological disorders, such as dementia or Parkinson's disease. 4.Presence of orthopedic conditions that restrict exercise training, such as fractures, severe arthritis, osteoporosis, or limb contractures. 5.Accompanied by sensory aphasia or alexia, unable to understand and comply with intervention content. 6.Unable to use a smartphone.
