65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 65-80 years old; 2) ASA level III to IV; 3) Stable overall condition and good reserve of respiratory function 4) Surgical time<2 hours 5) Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Coagulation disease or nosebleeds; 2) Clear diagnosis of heart disease (heart failure, angina, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, etc.); 3) Clear diagnosis of lung diseases (asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema, or lung cancer); 4) Pregnancy; 5) Elevated intracranial pressure; 6) ASA>Level IV; 7) Nasal and oropharyngeal infections; 8) Allergies to propofol, eggs, soybeans, or albumin.
