Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Pain or dysfunction caused by degenerative lumbar spine disease, ineffective conservative treatment, and seriously affecting daily work and life; (2) Patients and their families choose posterior lumbar fusion; (3) Preoperative assessment can tolerate the surgery and there is no contraindication to surgery. (4) Surgical bleeding is less than 200 ml, and surgical time is less than 90 min. (5) Age =45 years old and =60 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with preoperative cauda equina injury already present; (2) Secondary lumbar fusion or revision, etc; (3) Intraoperative dural sac tears and cerebrospinal fluid leaks; (4) Active and occult infections in any part of the body; (5) Severe mental or cognitive impairment; (6) Advanced malignant tumors.
