Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the general indications for laparoscopic surgery; (2) Patients with stage I, stage II and stage III rectal cancer; (3) No contraindication for pelvic MRI examination; (4) Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, kidney and liver lesions who cannot tolerate surgery; (2) Patients complicated with other malignant tumors; (3) patients with stage 0 and stage IV rectal cancer; (4) Patients undergoing emergency surgery due to intestinal obstruction or intestinal perforation; (5) Patients who have received surgical treatment or chemotherapy or radiotherapy before enrollment; (6) Those who withdraw from the study midway or refuse to cooperate.
