20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-80 years; 2. first onset; 3. duration less than 6 months; 4. with upper limb motor dysfunction; 5. awareness, no obvious audio-visual and sensory impairment; 6. simple intelligence status scale (mini-mental state examination, mmse) 24; 7. TMS-MEP,sEMG measurable; 8. willing to cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disorders of Consciousness; 2. cerebrovascular disease is still progressing or vital signs are unstable; 3. intracranial metal implants, cochlear implants, pacemaker, upper limbs with metal fixation; 4. lesions in the cerebellum or brain stem; 5. previous family history of epilepsy or epilepsy; 6.history of cortical excitatory drug taking; 7. severe rupture of upper limbs; 8. with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and other movement disorders.
