Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with rare kidney disease at our hospital and its sub centers, regardless of their current age (regardless of age), age of onset (regardless of age), disease duration, current kidney function, and treatment status (conservative, dialysis, kidney transplantation), are eligible to participate in this study; Rare diseases: primary light chain amyloidosis, Alport syndrome, primary hyperoxaluria, hereditary hyperuricemia, atypical hemolytic uremia, TTP, light chain proximal tubular disease, POEMS syndrome, Fabry's disease, IgG4 nephropathy, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, castleman's disease, Gitlman's disease, and other rare kidney diseases; Voluntarily participate in this project and sign an informed consent form (patients under the age of 18 must obtain written consent from their legal guardian);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are unable to cooperate in collecting clinical data; 2) Patients with incomplete laboratory examination/ imaging data;
