Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the fitting criteria for corneal reshaping surgery for the first time: 1)Myopia degree belongs to moderate myopia (-3.00D>SE>-6.00D); 2)The degree of regular astigmatism shall not exceed 1.50D, and the degree of irregular astigmatism shall not exceed 0.75D; 3)The ratio of myopia degree to astigmatism degree is greater than 2; 4)The difference between corneal flatness K value and myopia degree is greater than 36D. (2) Those who are willing to wear corneal reshaping surgery and have been diagnosed as wearable after examination by an ophthalmologist. (3) Age range: 11-14 years old. (4) Non boarding students. (5) Unconscious disorders, hearing impairments, and normal thinking and language expression abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Dry eye combined with corneal epithelial injury. (2) Long term chronic allergic conjunctivitis. (3) Eyelid insufficiency combined with corneal epithelial injury. (4) Corneal abnormalities; Significant fluorescence staining of corneal epithelium; Have undergone corneal surgery or have a history of corneal trauma; Active keratitis (such as corneal infection, etc.) results in decreased corneal sensitivity. (5) Suspected keratoconus: The fitting work will be temporarily suspended, and observation and follow-up will be conducted until it is ruled out before proceeding with the fitting work. (6) Other eye diseases: such as dacryocystitis, eyelid diseases, eye and face abnormalities, abnormal intraocular pressure, and glaucoma. (7) Those who suffer from systemic diseases that cause low immune function or affect corneal shaping (such as acute and chronic sinusitis, diabetes, Down's syndrome, etc.). (8) History of allergies to contact lenses or contact lens care solutions. (9) Diagnosed with anxiety and depression.
