Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients are required to be between 18 and 90 years old and undergo the following elective open heart surgery alone: coronary artery bypass surgery; Aortic valve, mitral valve or tricuspid valve replacement or repair surgery; Aortic root or ascending aorta surgery without low-temperature circulatory arrest; Or maze radiofrequency ablation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Including emergency surgery; Infections expected to affect postoperative recovery; Persistent heart failure or low output syndrome ;Syndromes (pre determined significant positive muscle strength support, mechanical ventilation, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support, aortic bulb) ;Balloon counterpulsation, left ventricular mechanical assistance, left ventricular ejection fraction below 20%, or other similar preoperative conditions; End stage renal disease (estimated glomerular filtration rate [GFR]<20mL/min); Hemophilia A or B; The patient refuses blood products or derivatives; Use ticagrelor, prasugrel, clopidogrel, apixaban or rivaroxaban within 2 days before surgery, or use dabigatran within 3 days before surgery.
